Get apidatasets versions arrowsample

GET /datasets//versions//arrow/sample

Returns a sample of the version’s tabular data. JSON envelope by default; Arrow IPC stream when Accept requests it (returns 503 in MR 5 — the bytes haven’t materialized; the contract is locked in so visualization MRs can target a stable response shape).

Query params: size int 1..100_000 default 1000 offset int ≥ 0 default 0 columns CSV subset default = all columns
