The Home view lists projects and data you can open.
Home sections
Home groups visible rows by how you can access them.
If you created data and later make it public, it stays in My area. If data is
in your organization and is also public, it appears in Public access unless
you own it or have direct access.
Show or hide sections
Use the Home toggles to choose which sections are visible:- My Projects shows or hides My area.
- Your organization name, or Org Shared when more than one organization applies, shows or hides Organization.
- Public shows or hides Public access.
Open items from Home
Select a row to see details in the side panel. Double-click a project or collection to open it. In List view, collections can expand inline so you can preview nested collections and assets without leaving Home. If Home has more assets than the first page, click Continue loading files to load the next page.Sharing changes where rows appear
Changing permissions can move an item between sections the next time Home refreshes:- Share directly with a person or group to place the item in their My area.
- Share through organization membership to place it in Organization.
- Turn on public access to place it in Public access for people who do not already own or directly access it.
